Sorry that I’ve been rather absent the last few months – life got rather busy as it tends to this time of year and I had to put the blog to one side! Not only are we rapidly approaching Christmas, but I’ve also just recently celebrated my birthday! I’ll be starting the blog back up again in the New Year but in the meantime just wanted to post to wish you all a Merry Christmas and New Year!
The weather here has been rather strange, but with temps up around 38°C some days, it’s been much too warm to do any crochet and I’ve been focusing on staying cool! I’ve decorated the house in the Christmas spirit though, including this wreath that I put together last year following this tutorial from The 36th Avenue!
It was so easy to put together, the trickiest part for me was finding the foam wreath that was the base of this piece. It’s lovely, sparkly and just makes me feel like it’s Christmas!
